hello fitbit team, i like you all.
thank you for putting the amazon on the device list. this is awesome!!!!
my Question , is there a way to log and monitor my body information when i am fasting? similar to how there is a food and water log, i can be able to select fasting, whether its water or nothing for a period of hours and its in a separate log, or also how the workout options monitor our heart rate for the duration of the selected time.
thank you, i think that is good data to collect from people who fast often,

Hi @FatbellyPearl - there isn't any means to indicate fasting, but entering or not entering is probably the best you can do, and heart rate is measured continuously anyway.
You could keep an independent fasting log, in say Google Sheets, with start and stop times.
