Hey all. I just got a new phone and can't seem to figure out how to pair it go the Fitbit ionic I have. I can try to set up device again but then won't I lose all my info for the ionic I have had up to now?

Thanks

A.  When you sync, all data from your tracker goes into the main Fitibt database and stays there linked to your account.

B. If still can, sync from old phone, then from old phone dashboard, click 'Account' icon near top right, then 'Ionic', then click trash can icon at top right (I think that just disconnects the bluetooth link between phone to tracker but it's how I feel safer doing it).

C. On new phone, if haven't done so yet, download app and log in with same account, add device, and set up Ionic just as before.  Historic data will be there with the account.

Only data you could possibly lose is data since last sync, but I expect it would still sync from Ionic to new phone in any case.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
