I have to log into the app at least once a day, sometimes up to 3 times a day. Every 2 days maximum, sometimes every day, when logging in, there is an error stating 'something went wrong'. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall to be able to log in after seeing this error message.
Last week I had an account issue where it looked like I was logged in with a work email address, which I no longer have access to having left the company 2 weeks ago and this email is no longer active. This does match up with when I started experiencing the app issues. I called Google support and was told my fitbit account is linked to my personal gmail and not my work email. I can technically log in with my work email but I get logged out again after a few hours, but all data matches with the data I see when I log in with my personal gmail. The woman on the phone insisted there was no account linked to my work email, but clearly there is as I can log in with it and its the same account I see when logging in with my personal email.
I've uninstalled the app 4 times in the last 2 days, I've cleared cache, I've made sure my phone (Samsung S23 Ultra) is up to date with all updates, I've restarted my phone multiple times.... Its getting to the point where I don't even want to use the system anymore, I've only had my account and fitbit for a little over a year and I've already had a couple of tech issues with the device and now my account is gubbed. Really disappointing, until 2 weeks ago I didn't have to log into my fitbit at all since setting it up, I stayed logged in for over a year.

Should probably add I'm using Google to log in, not Fitbit login.
