Hello,
I have a Google Pixel 6 Android phone and a Fitbit Sense.
I can take an ECG with the Sense and see the ECG in the log on the phone app, however, when I tap the button to download the file, the download never happens.
Google's support was unsatisfactory. Their best advice was to wait until the download was complete. Frustratingly, Google Support would not even acknowledge the issue!
In the past, this download was quick—1 to 2 seconds, and then I would see the file in my Google Files app. Now, the download function is broken. I have tried repeatedly reinstalling the app on my Google Pixel and clearing out the saved data and the buffer in the Fitbit app. Upon startup, the app offers me the option to signon both with Google and with Fitbit, however, the Fitbit option no longer works.
This is an important function for me, and I really like it to work again.
Thank you!

Hello @EdwardInOilCity and welcome to the Community. I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit for this issue. I hope it gets the attention it deserves.
This feature works as expected in my iOS app. I just ran an ECG and I got the download notification in 1-2 seconds.
