Hi,
I'm at my wits end. I've troubleshooted everything.
Restart phone
Restart Alta
Uninstall app and reinstall
Turn Bluetooth on and off
I get to the "Enter the number on your tracker's display." Enter the number that shows up on my fitbit, and then it's in an endless "connecting" loop. I don't know what to do and I've been at this for hours.

Have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

I checked and my mobile is fully supported. M new Fitbit Alta HR will not pair.

I'm having a similar issue. My fitbit is fully charged but I don't think it's turning on. My phone can't find it to pair with. When I touch the screen it always displays "Fitbit.com/setup".
