I'm at my wits end. I've troubleshooted everything.
Restart phone
Restart Alta
Uninstall app and reinstall
Turn Bluetooth on and off
I get to the "Enter the number on your tracker's display." Enter the number that shows up on my fitbit, and then it's in an endless "connecting" loop. I don't know what to do and I've been at this for hours.

I checked and my mobile is fully supported. M new Fitbit Alta HR will not pair.
