Can't Share Map

I used to share a map of my exercise on IG every time I'd completed one. Recently this hasn't been possible. My Fitbit tracks ok and GPS is on everything is as it should be/was. I've tried uninstalling the app, restarting the device and have followed as much help as I could but nothing has worked.

 

on the share screen impact gives me the data but whenever I click on map, zones or pace it always buffers and says an unknown error has occurred.

The app doesn't need an update and is running as version 4.26.1

Can anybody help with this? It's very frustrating.

Experiencing the same issue on Pixel 7

Pixel 6 phone, Charge 5 Fitbit, same issue, I only noticed it on Friday the 27th of September 2024.

Access Activity to see the exercise and the map shows but when you try to share and select exercise all recent tracked exercise routes don't show, if you click into the loading exercise then select Map an Unknown error appears. 

Phone and Watch restarted, app is up to date, Fitbit up to date. No Change.

I know there are several issues on the Fitbit side and this looks like it's likely a result of those issues. I've done my best to escalate this problem, but haven't seen any updates yet.

FWIW, I saw a Moderator post from yesterday (02 Oct 2024) stating that an app update will be rolling out in the next few days. Please keep checking the Play Store for the update.

I'll check back after the update starts rolling out to see if the problem was fixed for you.
