Can't accept friends request/can't cheer friends badges

The allow me to find friends and add them but doesn't allow me to accept a request. I'm also unable to cheer my friends badges (can't click/tap on them). I have the galaxy s6, what should I do?

I also erased and re-install the app 3 times.. Doesn't work!
