Can't access Fitbit app

Can't access the app.  when logo is tapped screen shifts and goes blank.

@Merellis Thanks for inquiring about the Fitbit app. Which smartphone do you have?

 

Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. If so, have you tried deleting the Fitbit app and installing it again? I would do yo and check if the login works afterwards.

This isn't a Fitbit device issue, it's a Fitbit app issue.  As such, we need to know which OS you have to move your post to the correct forum.

OS on the phone is Android OS 13
