Can't adjust active minutes goal.

For the last couple of weeks the option to change active minutes goals has disappeared. It was always on the goals page with distance, steps, hourly activity and calories. It's just gone. My daughter says it's the same on hers. I've looked for it in every setting page I can find and it's not to be found.  We both have the Alta HR.

I just tried clicking on Active Minutes on main dashboard display, then the gear icon near top right, and it lists all my goals including active minutes, and it let me change it.  If you're not seeing it there, which goals are you seeing?
