My friends are unable to add me to challenges. I'm also not showing up on their friends list, even though they are on mine. How can I fix this?

Hello @Kenzieblazze welcome to the Community Forums! Let me give you a hand with this situation.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that your friends are unable to add you to one challenge. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you;re currently participating in a challenge? If so, in how many of them you're part of? Please take in consideration that up to 30 people can join an adventure race but for other challenges, a maximum of 11 people can participate depending on the challenge type.
