Can't change my cover photo

This is so frustrating.  I even made sure that the pic I chose was under 2mb in size.  Doesn't matter.  I have cleared my cache, rebooted my device, uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app...tried updating from the dashboard instead of my Android app.  Finally updated my cover, but my profile pic won't change.  I get the same error:

Ember AJAX request post https://web-api.fitbit.com/1/user/-/photo/profile.json returned a 413 Payload (text/plain) ""

Will someone please fix this!

@KatMartin @Castailee Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Please confirm that your phone OS is up-to-date, this will ensure that every feature works as expected.

If you haven't tried it, perform this troubleshooting:

- Log out from the app

- Force quit it

- Restart your phone

- Log back in and try to change the cover photo again

If you receive any error message, attach it to your next reply.

Hope this helps.
