I got a new phone switched from a Samsung Galaxy to an idol 5 and I can't figure out how to get messages sent to my Fitbit

@Lisacelia1, have you checked the Fitbit Compatible Devices list to see if the Alcatel IDOL 5 is on the list as a compatible device?  Devices that have not been tested and listed as compatible may not support all functions/capabilities.
