Can't connect to Blaze

I tried to install the firmware update but for some reason it couldn't find my Blaze. I restarted the tracker, uninstalled the tracker and now my phone sees the tracker, has me enter the code, but then gets stuck on connecting. So, I uninstalled the app from my phone and reinstalled it with the same results. Any other suggestions?

Hi there @Smbdyshome09, good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is not a normal behavior, however I'm wondering if you are using a compatible mobile phone? With devices that are not listed as compatible, is not that it won't work, but they may present abnormalities in some functions.

 

Nonetheless it would not hurt to give it a try to the following post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). You will find all the necessary information here including the information about compatible devices.

 

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
