I've tried everything to connect my sense to the app re uninstall the app done a factory reset. Restarted the phone turned off Bluetooth. Still want connect to the app. When I try to connect to Bluetooth it's saying you need a app to open it which is already on the phone. I am running android 14 so it should work. On the phone it's saying sense found but it doesn't it's says not working.

Hi, @Silvertiger62 welcome to the community, I change devices twice daily PW2>Charge5>PW2 and noticed this morning that the app screen had changed. Coincidentally my PW2 battery SOC no longer synced (the Charge 5 did & everything else did). I tried the usual restarting the PW2, deleting the Fitbit app from my phone>restarting the phone>reloading without any progress then a couple of hours ago I tried re-installing the Charge 5 & changing back to the PW2 again. I noticed the "Change device" screen had reverted to the original and the PW2 again syncs properly. May I suggest you give it another try, let us know how you get on.
Cheers

Hello @Silvertiger62
I'm seeing Charge 5, Charge 6, and Inspire users reporting that they aren't able to sync with their Fitbit apps. It seems that the problem started around the same time that they updated the Fitbit app to version 4.28.
I submitted an inquiry about the problem and will report back if I learn of any updates.

You are correct, that you will not be able to connect through your phones BT. The pairing must be done through the Fitbit app.

Hi Rich_Laue
There seems to be a issue with the app as it is happening to quite a few smart watches not just the sense. Google need to get they act together. As I wasn't getting any problems when fitbit was in control. It's like they are trying to make you buy another fitbit. As there's no hurry in finding the fix for the app.

Done all that there's a problem with the app. It works on the I phone app but not on the android app which makes you think when Google are Android you can't make it up. This is the response below from customer service.
I apologize, At this time, there is no specific time frame but rest assured that our team is working hard to fix the issue as of this moment.

it's all about sales and making money, I'm sick of fitbit to be honest, I had heart surgery in January and use tracker for my exercise and heart rate, . Fitbit has let me down twice now in 8 months of buying it....not worth it
