Can't display steps unless main goal

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

If I set my main goal to something else than 'steps', I'm unable to view the number of steps on my Fitbit Charge HR. There simply is no option to check/uncheck in the app to display my steps. If I set any main goal other then steps: No steps on the Charge HR. It does register them however, since they are visible in the app.
When setting a different main goal (other than steps) through the website it does work, so it's a bug in the mobile app, not on the device itself.

Added bonus: When viewing my hartrate graph, I can't get a large view of the whole day when clicking on the small 'today' graph. However, after I enlarge the main resting hartrate graph (using the square in the top right) I can open the today graph.

Motorola Moto X (2013), Android 5.1, Fitbit app 2.22

No complaints, just a bug report. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the heads up sweetie @ADx_22! I'll report this to our team to see if there's a bug with the Fitbit app and changing the goals through it.

On a side note, have you tried checking if your Fitbit app is up-to-date? Once you update your app, do the following:

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

Let me know if this changes something!
