Hi @Bad1  which platform - Android or iOS? We need to put this post in the right forum for more relevant responses. The Fitbit app is free from Google PlayStore or Apple.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

@Bad1  -  there is no fee but make sure you are loading the correct Android App  or correct Apple App  from the store.

If your device is not compatible you may be won't see the official Fitbit App in the store so you may be loading some other App.

See the way to start here and which devices are currently compaitble.

it could be your phone is running an old OS version.

The Fitbit App for older phones was removed.

So if you uninstalled it at some point or your phone is quite old there will be a problem.

@Guy_  @Odyssey13 Thanks for your help!

@Bad1 @Scottygg Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you install the Fitbit App on an Android device. The Fitbit app is actually free to install on your device. However, there are minimum requirements that must be fulfilled. Click here to check them out. Which Android version does your smartphone have? Minimum Android version is Android Oreo (8.0). This could be the reason.

Regards!
