Hello, 

New to a fitbit watch so for the last 2 days I've tried to download the app as instructed but it fails every time. I've followed some steps I've seen online ( clear cashes and restart the phone ) but I'm still having the same issue. I've asked my son to try his Samsung and the app downloads perfectly so wondered if anyone has seen this issue before? Many thanks

To be clear, you are talking about just downloading the Fitbit from the Google play store to your phone, nothing yet about connecting your watch to the app, right?

Does it start to download?  Do you get an error message - what?

Any more info other than "it fails", might help.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
