Can't enter information for glucose readings and save it

I have a Pixel 7a phone with Fitbit app installed and works very well and I logged my blood sugar readings because I'm type 2 diabetic but ever since the last update the save area doesn't work anymore. Does anyone else have that problem?

Same here, pixel 9xl

The save option is overlapping the android core icons, battery and WiFi. You can't select it or go back as the Fitbit go back icon overlaps the android time.

I am unable to enter manually my glucose numbers, the screen shows the word save up high but does not work

Yes, I have the same problem. It just started for me when I went to enter it yesterday. The save button is up high on the screen but does not work. It's like it's overlapped with the other information. I have an Android a Google pixel pro. I rely on This portion of the app. Help please

I know I have the current version because I have to consistently uninstall and reinstall because it doesn't like to sync with my sense 2 as often as it should like everyday.

Landscape won't work for me

Best Answer

I know it sounds crazy but try entering the glucose number in landscape mode and then when you get ready leave it seems to be easier to access the save button exit just a little bit

Best Answer

Try the landscape mode i know it's not ideal but it works for me

Best Answer

I'm glad someone has heard our pleas because i've never had that happen before but thanks in advance

I am having the same SAVE problem

I am facing the same issue. It's there in 8a as well

After a little bit of research, I discovered you do have the ability to enter the data and click save in the top right corner, if you rotate your screen horizontally. It is still not correctly laid out, but I was able to click the button at least. Then it accepts the data just fine. I also noticed there is an overlay issue in the notifications area. See attached photos for both of these.

I just went to the play store and as directed by Google installed the new update. This fixed my problem of not being able to save glucose readings

It doesn't show that there is an update for me. I'm running version 4.48. Did you have to uninstall it first and then reinstall it to you to update?

Mine is working correctly now. Fitbit version 4.49. Also the August Pixel update.

I guess the update is being rolled out regionally, because I've been checking daily and it's still not available for me.
