The app doesn't consistently let me enter tenths of pounds. I can enter 130.1, but when I try to enter 129.8, it will show 1,298 instead. How do I fix this? It seems to allow tenths only for certain ones digits, which isn't practical.

@TraciL, you probably cannot fix this - it is most likely a bug in the app. Probably the only thing you can do is open a trouble ticket with Fitbit Support. I guess never noticed that, since I never worried about whether I weighed 175.1# or 174.9# pounds...

Hello @TraciL, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I've tried to replicate the scenario you described, but I was not able to obtained the same result you are seeing on your app.
My recommendation is to review if you have the most recent version of the Fitbit app. The version for Android to the date of this post is 2.56.
To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:
If you have this version, please log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
@USAF-Larry in this case there are no other reports about a similar issue, so I believed is too soon to be consider this scenario as a bug, nonetheless I will keep an eye on this and I will share the information with my teammates.
See you around and hope this helps!
