Can't enter the Community forums through the App

Received another Fitbit update this morning.  I was hoping this latest update would take care of the challenge issue (I can't set up challenges as the App thinks I'm at my limit when I'm only in 6) but now on top of the challenge issue I can't enter the Community forums without being completely kicked out.  As soon as I hit the community button on my Android phone (Galaxy S8) it immediately kicks me out to my main screen on my phone.  WTH!!  So, apparently not only am I not able to set up challenges, I can no longer post in the forums!!

This is so frustrating....come on FitBit get it together already!

I had contacted customer service and they walked me through doing an uninstall / reinstall of the fitbit app.  That seems to have taken care of the issue along with an issue I had been dealing with for some time of the app crashing after opening 2 Notifications.

Hello @LucianReign are you saying that the Fit it App crashes when going to the comunity?

Yes...when I click on the Community button in the lower right hand corner of my phone screen inside the Fitbit app it automatically takes me back to the main screen on my phone (with all my other app widgets).  I can't enter to see the tab for my Feed, Friends or Groups that come up when you enter the Community.

That would be your home screen on the phone, and yes you're describing an app crash.

Have you checked for an app update?

Or removed the app, restart phone, installed fresh copy of the Fitbit app?

Note: you will need to know your registered email and password.
