My device (Charge 2) only syncs when I open the app. I remember in the past there was the option to turn on "All Day Sync" and/or "Always Connected" . However, now when I go into the menu (select "Account" then select "Charge 2") neither All Day Sync or Always Connected appears as one of the menu items.
I am confused because I suspect that if these options have been removed from the app, there would be a lot of discussion in the forums but I don't see any.
Have they been moved? Or removed? Or am I missing something?

Hi @Odyssey13 ... Thanks for taking the time to answer my question. I checked the manual for the Charge 2 and I don't see those options mentioned. I also did all the combinations of button presses and taps and could see no settings menu. Once again, am I missing something? Thanks!

Thank you @Odyssey13 ... I guess that's the answer. They are saying "all day sync" is now always "turned on".... My fitbit does not sync unless I actually open the app, but at least I know it's not because of this particular setting.
