Mobile track requires specific hardware that few phones other than iPhones have. Sorry, but your phone is not equipped for Mobile Track.

@Emcat As @SunsetRunner said, the S4 does not support the MobileTrack feature. The only Android devices that currently support MobileTrack are the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P.

Actually that isn't true. The S4 is perfectly capable of mobile tracking. I use it with S.Health and with Strava. It just doesn't appear to work with Fitbit.

An earlier version of the Fitbit app (quite some time ago; certainly before the revamped dashboard view) used to support MobileTrack with the Galaxy S4. I used it as a backup whenever I couldn't carry my regular Fitbit tracker with me for whatever reason.
I switched over to a Windows 10 Mobile device as my daily driver some time ago, and hadn't checked my Galaxy S4 for a while; today, I noticed that it doesn't support that feature anymore. In the Windows 10 world, any device that supports the Lumia Motion API also supports Fitbit MobileTrack.
I'm not sure exactly what changed; a bit of an explanation would be nice.
