Can't get notifications on my Versa Lite and have Samsung 10 phone

I have rest everything on my phone and also deleted the versa lite and uploaded again on the fit bit app and can't connect to get notifications still

Hello @AnnaMariaSoares 

By reset I'm not sure what you mean. 

First thing to check is the Versa Lite by holding in the bistron and making sure notifications are turned on. 

Now let's open the Fitbit app go to the Versa Lite. Notification settings. Tap the 3 dots, disable notification. Now enable them, the app should be requesting permission and the phone should be asking if this is oK. Say yes.. 

Now let's try a test notification. 

We also want to check phone settings - notifications let's check if Fitbit is on theist.

Then phone settings - apps - Fitbit -permission
