Hi I have the charge 2 and like to listen to music when I run. The problem I’m having is I can’t hear the voice cues. It is all set up on my app and works when I’m not listening to music. Can anyone tell me what to do? I have an I phone 7. Thank you .

@Kirsty-sibley You need to be tracking your run using Mobile Run -- meaning you start tracking from the app -- to hear voice cues. You don't get voice cues if you start you run from the tracker -- the Multisport mode.
To use Mobile Run, tap the exercise tile >> tap the stopwatch and choose track.
There is one thing that I don't know the answer to -- I don't know if music from a different source will block the voice cues or not. I listen to Amazon music, not Apple music -- and Apple music is the default choice. So I don't know if you have to be listening to the linked Apple music. I don't normally use the voice cues, but I do know that they only work from tracking from the app.

@Wrighty50 there are plenty of music apps in the play store, I'm sure one of them will work on your phonr. Maybe I don't understand the question.

Hi Rich
Thank you for your response, when I had my iphone the fit bit allowed me to track my runs and select my music in the same fitbit app, but that option to select any music has gone, when I am running now with a different music app the autocues do not work.

The android Fitbit app does have a music player..
I have my music player to pause a second app is speaking.. Fitbit gives an audio cue my audio book stops, afterwords the audio responds 5 seconds an then plays.
There so should be an option in the music players settings to lower the music volume slightly when fitbit gives a cue.

@Wrighty50 I think this might be a difference between the iOS and Android versions of the app.
