Is anyone having similar issues when viewing friends on your phone and/or tablet. I can't see most of my friends when trying to invite to WWH. Let me include a screenshot ...

Hello @stephms, welcome aboard to our Community. A recommendation I can give is wait 15-20 seconds for their friends list to load. Also I wonder if you can share a screenshot of this issue? With this would be more easy to have a closer look. To upload a screenshot, use the toolbar of the writing screen, selecting the correct icon.
Hope to see you around soon and I'll be here for any additional help you may need.

I am having similar issues. I cannot invite friends to challenges. When I try to invite friends, I do not see any friends in my list. But when I want to see my relative position among friends, I can see all my friends clearly. I am enclosing both screen shots. Please help.

Here is the third and final pic. When I try to invite friends, my screen goes completely blank. I have waited for up to 1 hour, but none of the friends name loads.

Hi there @anil56 good to see you around. I can recommend a few things for this issues. Initially to give you a straight answer, I know there are a few reported issues with this, but our team is working to hard to resolve it. However until this thread I have seen something similar. so I can recommend to make sure your app is updated to the most recent version. You can check this by going to your App store and see if there is available updates for the app.
The other recommendation would be to kill the app from running in the background.
1. Log out from your App and double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion. (You can restart your phone as well if you prefer)
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and sign back in.
Hope this issue is not persisting anymore, but if it does keep me updated, I'll be around.

Hi Roberto,
Thanks. I tried this as well as a number of other methods. For instance, I deleted the entire app, and then reinstalled it. Of course the latest version. Then I logged in again. But still the same problem. I can send you more screenshots if you like.
Please help.
Regards
Anil

Hello @anil56, I have to offer you an apology for not posting any update regarding your concern recently. I have found this is an issue with the mobile app when you have more than 100 friends on your list. However if the issue persist and you don't have that amount of friends added to your Fitbit account, I recommend to Contact Support for additional help.
See you soon and If I have more updates I will let you know.
