Can't log in on my note 4

I just found my Fitbit one that I had lost a while back. I charged it and logged in on my computer. Downloaded the app on my Note 4 but I can not Log in. I know I am putting in the right email and password (same as on my pc) but it tells me "Invalid email or password" I tried restarting my phone but that didn't do anything. I have tried on wifi and on 4g but no luck.. HELP... I need to use the app on my phone...

Hello @Debi3010, Let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I'm happy to hear you found your old good Fitbit One.

 

I will suggest to try to change the password, I'm know you mentioned you are sure you are typing the correct credentials, but it won't hurt to try this option, since there is not other alternative to access your account.

 

To reset a forgotten password from the Fitbit app, complete these steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Click Log In and Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Email. A link where you can reset your password will be sent to your email address.
  4. Go to your email inbox and click the link in the email. This link will take you to our mobile website.
  5. Enter your new password and click Change. You'll need to enter your password here and then once again to log into your account. Keep this in mind and be sure to enter your password correctly both times.
  6. Return to the Fitbit app and log in.
