Can't log in to my Fitbit app

i just got my phone and i cant log in in. i changed mmy password did it lock me out

Hi there, @rainne88. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue. 

It seems that the password you're trying to enter (after you reset it) is incorrect. If you keep trying to access to your Fitbit account with that password and still not working, I'd recommend resetting the password once again. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Log out of the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap Log In > Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address and tap Send Reset Email. An email is sent to the email address you entered. If you don't receive the email, it's possible that you entered your email address incorrectly or the email went to your Spam or Junk folder. Try completing this step again and check all your email folders. If after an hour you don't receive your email, contact Customer Support.
  4. Click the link in the password reset email. This link takes you to our mobile website.
  5. Enter your new password and tap Set.
  6. Return to the Fitbit app and log in using your new password.
