I am unable to log in to the Fitbit app it keeps telling me my password is invalid tried to reset it says same thing what do I do

Your Fitbit app is tied to your Fitbit account. If you cannot log in using the password you did to get to this forum, then your best bet is to call Fitbit support. If you cannot use the original password as it is invalid, and you then changed your password to something new and it is still considered invalid, there is something else going on there.
As a last resort you can always create a new account and see if that works, but you will lose whatever you have stored for past exercises. Worth a try.
