Android app won't let me log in since last night and can't remember password in last hour reset and never got email to reset ??? Not impressed

@Carolw27, how did you log into the website?
Make sure that the app is up to date.
A few weeks back i read that this was a none issue, i don't know if it still is?
My first thought would be to clear the Fitbits app cache, throughthe phones settings - applications - Fitbit.
If yhat doesn't work, i would clear the app data.
