Hi. I have a Versa 4 and an Android phone, which have been speaking to each other for quite some time. However, the connection has somehow been broken. My phone's Bluetooth knows the Versa 4 is there, but when I try to log in to the Fitbit app, it asks for a password (which I've forgotten). When I go to the reset password button, it tells me an email has been sent, but I never receive one. How can I get out of this jam?

Hi, @JeannieDS55, welcome to the community, the first thing to check is the spam or junk in your email accounts. In my experience resetting password emails is very reliable. Another area to look at is how you are viewing your emails, if you are using something like the "Gmail" client to receive emails from a number of accounts check the client settings. If you are using an email address other than a Gmail address check the homepage of the account directly.
