Can't log into app!!!

I have not been able to log into the app on my Galaxy 8 for 2 days!  I keep getting a message that my login or password are incorrect.  I have tried the "forgot password" option to reset it, but get a "network error message".  I have restarted my phone, uninstalled the app, re-installed the app and no luck.  I can log into my account with the same login and password, on my laptop, with no problem.  I have also received a message that says something about "not available for maintenance?" - what is going on???

Hi, @doreenbrn! Have you tried clearing the data and cache for the app? Those don't get cleared when you uninstall/reinstall, so the issue might be hiding there.

Just tried that, thanks you, but no luck.  I am still getting a message that says No network connection, but all of my other apps are connecting just fine?

Very strange! The only other thing I could suggest is contacting Fitbit Support directly and seeing if they have any suggestions or anything they can do on the back end.
