For some reason, I can no longer manually add any exercise into my fitbit app. It starts to add it and then deletes the information. I have tried restarting app and phone and deleting and reinstalling app, Nothing is working. I read on a previous submission that there was an update to fix this, but my app and watch are both updated to the most recent update. My phone is a Galaxy S24+ and i is running Android 15. Not sure what to do to fix this. I am also having problems with the watch randomly turning off which is why I need to manually enter my exercise. It turned off during the exercise and did not record most of it. Does anyone have any kind of fix for this?

Hi, @dcm32 welcome to the community. When you delete & reload the Fitbit app on your phone, you should try to create a clean slate. The best way to do this is to sync the Fitbit app, then go into your phone settings>apps>Fitbit>force stop>clear storage>uninstall>go to connected devices & "forget" the Fitbit device (please let us know which Fitbit/PW you are using, restart it.). Then, RESTART YOUR PHONE. Now reload the Fitbit app & log in using your Google account & set up your device as usual.
I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.
Cheers
