Can't migrate to Google account due to family account

I am trying to move my fitbit over to Google but it won't let me since I have a family. No one in my family is active anymore so I was trying g to remove them. It said it was going to send me an email to delete my family account but I am not getting any emails. Can I just have my family removed so I can make the move?

@AmbPac76 Hello there. Please excuse the delayed response. I will gladly help you migrate your account to Google. Thanks for the explanation. Since it has been a few days, were you able to delete your family and migrate? If you never received the message to confirm the family member deletion, please check your spam/junk folder to see if it landed there. Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Recently several updates have been launched. Check the Google Play Store and if you see an update avaiable, please proceed with it and try again to delete your family account.
