I have been using the Fitbit app for a few weeks without any issues. A few days ago the app stopped working and since then I can't log in! I have tried disconnected Bluetooth / WiFi, deleting the app but am still unable to got the app to open. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Just switch off the wifi on your phone, and connect via mobile (if you can). I cannot current sync via wifi, but fine if I don't use wifi
