Can't open app in Android phone

I have been using the Fitbit app for a few weeks without any issues. A few days ago the app stopped working and since then I can't log in! I have tried disconnected Bluetooth / WiFi, deleting the app but am still unable to got the app to open. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem. I did the same like you, and I changed the password through computer, but it did not help me.

Just switch off the wifi on your phone, and connect via mobile (if you can). I cannot current sync via wifi, but fine if I don't use wifi
