Can't pair or set up device.

I was having trouble with the update for the Versa Lite so i unpaired and reset my device, which is only 3 days old. I then tried to pair my Charge 3 and that also wouldn't work. It takes forever to find the device and then as soon as i enter the 4 digit code it says "Try Again". I then tried to set up the Versa Lite again and it finds it gives me a code fails, gives me another code. This went on for 10 mins. Have finally given up so i have no device paired to my Fitbit app now. Hopefully the problem can be resolved quickly.

I'm having the exact same issue. I just received my new phone today (S10) and I'm trying to get my Versa lite to pair with no luck. I've tried all the typical steps clear caches, factory reset watch, rebooted phone, turned battery optimization off for fitbit and bluetooth, turned bluetooth on and off, rebooted phone, reinstalled app, cleared bluetooth and Fitbit app data. Definitely getting frustrating.

Same here, version 3.21 on android. Can't pair my versa 2 to my SG9. I get the codes to pair but keeps giving me "Try Again." Already uninstalled/installed the app, clear the versa from my bluetooth settings, and restarted my phone multiple times. No succes. Hope fitbit solves this quick.

I do see where they are aware of a problem, but I am so irritated that FB does not make their users aware of problems like this!!!  Had I been aware of the issues, I never would have uninstalled/deleted the tracker of mine to fix another problem of mine.  Now, I have no proof of the activity I have done, which I have to have in order for a program at work! Thanks FB!  Much appreciated!!!
