I can't post pictures in groups

To help you out with your inquiry, could you please confirm if you mean that you're unable to post pictures in the Community Feed from the Fitbit app? If that's correct, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. On your phone's settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, log back in and try posting in Feed.

  1. Confirm if the issue is with the Community Feed from the Fitbit app.
  2. Your phone's model and Android version.
  3. Fitbit app version.
  4. What happens when you try to post a picture? Do you get an error message?

Hi. Was the problem with not being able to post pictures in groups ever solved? I have uninstalled Fitbit and reinstalled, restarted cell, cleared cache, force stopped, and nothing
