Hello, 

Am I the only one who can't receive notification on a Huawei P30? What should I do?

When I press Notifications, it is written with red that "Notifications service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notification on your tracker."

I restart my phone a lot of times, but without any results.

Have you tried resetting your Fitbit? My notifications were not working but after I reset my Sense it started working again.

Also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app on your phone.

@Razvan_Rio check your sleep and DND mode. They should be disabled. 

Check your android settings.
