I was helping set up another flex 2 in the same room and my tracker accidentally synced with the other account. Managed to delete my tracker from the other account, however, I am unable to reconnect my tracker to my account. I have tried going through the troubleshooting and have uninstalled the app, reset the tracker and ensured my phone is up to date. When going through the setup device protocol I get as far as tapping my tracker. However, nothing happens when I tap the tracker. I really have no clue what else I can do

Hello @LittleWillow, I'm going to start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Yes, you can re-connect your tracker back to your Fitbit account; certainly this is not a normal behavior you are experiencing.
You have tried some troubleshooting steps already but I would like you to give it another chance:
1. Make sure you're attempting to set up with a supported device. To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
2. Bluetooth is enabled in your Android settings. Bluetooth also must be enabled within the Fitbit app. You can check this by tapping the menu button and selecting Device Settings.
Once you have verified the requirements above please try the following steps from this post. (The scenario is different, but the steps apply to your case). After the previous steps try to set up your tracker. The following video will provide you an additional help, however keep in mind to use your existing account.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
