I am having a hard time trying to figure out why I can't respond to texts with quick reply messages or with voice on Versa 4. All the other voice features work including: Alexa and I can answer calls on the watch, but when I get a text it gives me a 'link sent" message when I hit open. It gives me no option to reply with voice or even answer with a quick reply. I have an Android phone and any help on this issue would be appreciated.

Therefore, I suggest keeping an open conversation with them in order to find a solution for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the quick reply on your Versa 4.
