Hello @Jewley, welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community. I would like to know more detail if is something wrong with your sleep logs? This will allow me to give you a better advice.
In the meantime by the title of your post, I can tell you is not possible to reset your sleep, If you have noticed one of your sleep logs is not correct, you can edit the information by either accessing from your web-based Dashboard under your sleep page or from your mobile app.
If you want to do this from your mobile app, tap on your sleep tile, select the log you want to edit, and in the upper corner you will see a pencil that will allow you to modify your sleep record.
