Yep, that was it. Once I uninstalled the screen overlay, it works fine.

Hey, @Crystalith! Welcome to the family! hmmm.. Please try to log out and back into the App to resolve this issue. If this doesn't work either, try to accept the friend request from the computer to verify if it's the App.
Let me know!

I logged out of the app and logged back in with no luck. I was able to accept the friend request on the computer (website).

Hmmm...looks like i'm having the same issue as here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Can-t-scroll-change-account-settings/m-p/937537. I'll try uninstalling Lux and see if that works.

Hey! I had this problem too, thanks for posting. Just wanted to add that you don't need to uninstall Lux, you can just put it to sleep from the notification and re-enable after accepting requests.
I still think this is a bug that needs to be fixed by the team, though. At the very least notify the user that it's because of the screen overlay! And this isn't an app that really needs that kind of security, anyway...

Hey, @shllybkwrm! It is nice to see you. Thank you so much for sharing what worked for you. Hmmmm..so you think the Lux interferes at the moment you want to accept your friend requests?
Please provide us as much details as you can so we can further investigate the situation.

Hey there, @shllybkwrm! Thanks for the updates and sharing the tip with us, I'm sure this will help a lot. I will share it with my team, so we can further investigate what is going on. However this is very weird and should not be interfering with your friend requests.
See you around. :}

Hi there, I'm new to this but I have the same problem. I recently have logged into my account on the computer and I can't even seem to see the friend request there. I can have a look again. Another question I have is where to start the screen overlay thing to be found for me to switch it off?

Hi, @AniLen! Welcome aboard! Hmmmm...how do you know that you have a friend request? Did some friend told you that they sent one? Or did you receive the email notification?
You can ask your friend to send the notification again and click on the link on your email to open the option on your dashboard and accept the request. Another question, have you tried using the App as well?
I think I don't understand your second question. Can you explain what you mean with "the screen overlay thing"?
Let me know cutie!

Hi there,
Thanks for your response. I mean I can see the notification in my fitbit app. Like someone before described when I select to either accept or ignore it won't do anything. I tap "Accept" and nothing happens and the request is still there. It doesn't seem to recognise my answer and leaves the request in my dashboard basically as unanswered. It's the same with invites for challenges, I choose to "Join" but it doesn't do anything
