I can't see my friends on my fitbit app on my Samsung but i can see them on the computer. It's says that it can't load. Any help is grateful.

Hope you're doing great! Woman HappyI'd like you to verify if you're using a compatible device for syncing, if your device is not compatible this can be the reason why you're having problems with it. If it is compatible, please verify if you have updated your Android app to the latest version.
