Can't see the exercise tile on my phone

Why can't I track exercises on my phone. I have been through the various threads and it all says open the exercise app or tile but I can't see one? I've opened fitbit.com on my laptop and my stats are visible here but not on my phone. I only realized as when I went swimming for the first time using my Charge 3 it said check mobile apps for stats and data for lengths and calories.  Is it me or am I missing something. I have a Samsung phone. Any suggestions welcome.

A warm welcome to the Community @JoyCh and @N8teGee thanks for stopping by.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Android app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app. Now, if you can't see a certain tile on your Fitbit app Dashboard, I recommend doing the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click Edit at the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. To hide tiles, tap the x or -  icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to hide.
  3. To show hidden tiles, tap or click the + icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to show.
  4. To rearrange tiles, hold and drag the tile to a new location.
  5. Tap or click Done.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Man Happy

Welcome to the Forums, @Marilynroberts.

If you want the "Swim" shortcut on your Charge 3, you need to do the following:

  1. Tap the Today tab

     > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Exercise Shortcuts.
  3. To add a new exercise shortcut, tap the + icon and select an exercise.
  4. To remove an exercise shortcut, swipe left on a shortcut (on Windows 10, tap the trashcan icon).
  5. To reorder an exercise shortcut, press and hold a shortcut, then drag it up or down to change its position.
  6. Sync your device.

I will catch you later. 😉

I appreciate your participation in the Forums, @golfmom39.

I am sorry for the delay in response, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.

If you want to rearrange your tiles, I recommend following the steps in the article: How do I remove or rearrange stats on the Today tab in the Fitbit app?.

Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

Thank you…I’ve sat here for over an hour trying to find “exercise”  and “dashboard”…nobody explaining which ones they are (like we’re all suppose to know). You were the 1st one to actually SHOW what we should be looking for to see our walk “route” (I’ve seen it before but use it so seldom I forget where to find it). Thank you so much (I’m going to try and remember this now!)
