Can't set up my Versa 3, Fitbit app says "Network Operation Failed"

I am trying to add (back) my versa 3 to the Fitbit app. I removed it following Fitbit's troubleshooting advice after facing syncing problems but now I cannot even add my Versa 3 back. I get the following error when trying to add it:

Fitbit, can you please provide a solution to this problem?

Hi there, @FelipD. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

In addition to the steps you've tried, I'd like you to follow the steps below:

- Restart your router
- Log out and back into the Fitbit app 
- Toggle Bluetooth Off and On
- Change your network connection 
- Restart your Versa 3 

I've moved your post to the Android App board for organization purposes.
