Can't set up my versa lite

I am 72 and am not a dummy however the directions I got with my watch don't help me set up the pairing of my versa and my Amazon Fire.  HELP!  I need step by step directions.  I really hope that for Christmas I can get some help.

Hello and welcome to the forums @Mia2019 . Amazon Fire isn't a compatible device for the Fitbit to use. While it might work with some features, it's not on the list as one that is compatible.

Are you positive that my Amazon Fire won't pair with my Versa Lite? I sent the first one back and it looks like I will be sending this one back also. I was wondering why it wouldn't prompt me how to pair it! If you could just you're positive or not I would just appreciate your help. I really wanted it to work! Thanks again and Merry Christmas!

I did a search of the forums and even Fitbit Moderators (employees of the company) have posted that the Amazon Fire is not compatible.You can see the list of compatible devices here - click to view.

Thank you very much! I am sad that it isn't as it was my Christmas gift to myself as I have no family. Oh well!
