Can't set up new Versa on Samsung phone

I just purchased a new Versa, replacing an Alta HR. I deleted the Alta and am trying to set up the Versa. I select add a new device and then select the Versa and it goes right back to the settings page. Any ideas?

No answer for you but have exact same issue. I have had my versa for a while but never able to set up on my fit bit app. Need answer.
