Ok so my niece was playing with my phone and deleted my app for my charge 3 When I installed the app again my charge 3 was not showing up so I went to set it up again and it stays on searching then it says try again I have the tracker plugged into the charger and the battery is at 100 % all other bluetooth devices are turned off What can I do to set my tracker back up

Message them on Twitter thats the only way I've found that they will help

Hi @kimber1113 when you reinstalled the Fitbit app, you created a new account or logged into a different account.
Log out of the Fitbit app and log into the correct account.
Try going here, you should see the correct email address to log in with.
If the above fails.
Have you been getting your monday's weekly Fitbit summary.
Search your email for "Your weekly progress report from Fitbit!"
This will be addressed to the email that you want to log in with.
