Can't setup my altra

I installed the app on my phone and now my kindle, went to the www.fitbit.com/setup and all even paired it with my phone,went to the account option on the app on my phone and hit set up a device and it's saying no network connection. I have it charging while I'm doing it, I'm any ideas would help! Thanks

@Maryjo8317, when you say you "paired it with my phone", do you mean you used the phone's Bluetooth settings to pair it?  If so, open the Bluetooth settings, select tracker, and tell it to Forget it. Then open the Fitbit app on your phone, open the Account screen, and select Set Up a Device. If you get an error message that there is no network connection, that indicates that your phone cannot connect to the Fitbit server. It is best to disable WiFi and use your phone data service to complete the setup.

Thanks Larry i figured it out,I didn't know i had to set it up on my laptop,then I finally figured out what the one part was.
