Can't sign in with the Google account I want to use

Hi,

I can't sign in to the Fitbit app or the online dashboard (including this forum) with the google account I want to use. I've tried clearing caches, reinstalling apps, trying on different networks. I'm not part of a family on the account and I can normally use the Google sign up for other things. I just get a Something went wrong error. It will let me sign in with this account on the device but this isn't the one I want to use. Is there some Google account setting I haven't found that I need to go looking for to make it work?

If I'm reading your post correctly, you have 2 Google accounts?
If so, you need to use the same account on the app as you use on the device..

Also, the Fitbit dashboard has been removed and is no longer available.

Hi,

The account I use on the device won't sign in on the app or to this forum. This is a different account, which will let me sign in here and on the app but I want to use the account I use on my device.

Good to know about the dashboard.
