Can't sync with Samsung s4

Since October the 4th I can't sync anymore. I find it very frustrating. I have removed the fitbit app from my phone and installed it again and tried everything what has advised before but nothing worked.

I'm thinking to buy another activity tracker because with my fitbit I have always problems. From a very very frustrated user.

That sounds quite frustrating. Let's try to restart the connection between the tracker and your phone. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Bluetooth settings of your Samsung and look for your Fitbit. Remove it from that list of paired devices.
  2. Go into the Fitbit app and tap on the 'Account' tab.
  3. There, select the 'Setup a New Device' button and then follow the steps to setup your Fitbit again.
